We agree. Design doesn’t have to be complicated, but it does need to be smart. The best information & communications technology fits in, blends in, is seamless. In fact, you may not even notice it. Why? Because it’s part of your everyday life. Whether you interact with [insert an example] or [insert an example], you shouldn’t have to think about how things work.
